Everything was exceptional and great except that I was told I would receive a call about a half hour before the tech showed up to give me a heads up when he would arrive and I never received a phone call. That would have been very helpful. Super satisfied with everything else. Would definitely recommend.

I reached out to Icon Glass on June 5th with concerns of 2-3 rock chips. Thankfully they were able to get someone out same day. Within 6 weeks all of the areas fixed, have already started cracking again. Immediately after getting this fixed, i noticed several other areas that look like the glass is chipped. I thought maybe it was just product or something that needed to be scraped off and would go away. Now half my windshield has cracks and dents after spending $100. Extremely disappointing.
