CRM Integration

Email Sending (Resend)

Set the "From" email address used when sending review request emails and branded invitations. This must be an email on a domain you've verified in your Resend account. The sender display name will automatically use each client's business name.

Must use a domain verified in Resend. If left empty, falls back to onboarding@resend.com.

📋 Deliverability Checklist

  • Verify your domain in Resend — add the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records to your domain registrar. This is the #1 factor in avoiding spam folders.
  • Use a From email on your verified domain (e.g. reviews@yourdomain.com) — not onboarding@resend.com.
  • Add a DMARC record — _dmarc.yourdomain.com → v=DMARC1; p=none — start in monitoring mode.
  • Avoid spam triggers — no all-caps subject lines, avoid "FREE"/"URGENT", keep a healthy text-to-image ratio.

Stripe Billing

Add your Stripe secret key as an environment secret (Dashboard → Settings → Secrets → STRIPE_SECRET_KEY). Then enter your publishable key below so the agency can collect card details when creating paid client subscriptions.

Safe to store here — used client-side only for card tokenization.
